Home Brown selects Kefir yogurt powder from Japan with four kinds of lactobacillus and three kinds of yeasts that helps the health of your digestive system.

Preparation Methods:
(1) Pour 450ml of milk into a clear container;
(2) Pour 1 sachet of Home Bwon Yogurt Powder and stir enenly for 10 seconds;
(3) Cover the container properly and wait for 16 to 24 hours, depends on the room temperature (the cooler the temperature, the longer it will take to complete). Do not shake, move or stir the milk during fermentation;
(4) If you can see curd on the surface, it is done. After fermentation, keep it into refrigerator and finish it within 3 to 4 days.

It is suggested to eat with honey, dried fruits, jams or fresh fruits to enhance flavor.
